Sahale Development was founded by Aidan Poile, who has over a decade of experience, including both development and leadership roles with several leading affordable housing developers.  Drawing on this experience, Sahale is able to assist with all aspects of affordable housing development including financial underwriting, deal structuring, financing applications, design and construction review, and project management.
