626 Mission Bay Boulevard North is a 143 unit mixed-use affordable housing development in San Francisco's Mission Bay neighborhood.  The development includes a Type III main building including a parking garage and 10,000 square feet of commercial space, separate Type V townhouse buildings, a pedestrian mews, and multiple exterior courtyards.  The development will be owned and operated by Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation and includes 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Tax Exempt Bond Financing, a City of San Francisco OCII loan, a Federal Home Loan Bank AHP, and a State of California Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities Program loan.  Aidan Poile served as project manager and development supervisor for the project while at TNDC.

 

Sylvia Odom's Place is a 63 unit mixed-use affordable housing development in downtown Seattle.  The building was specifically designed as graduation housing, for individuals moving out of permanent supportive housing.  The building, opened in 2016, was financed with 9% low-income housing tax credits and loans from the Washington State Housing Trust Fund, King County, and the City of Seattle.  The building  was designed by SMR Architects and is owned and operated by Plymouth Housing Group.  Aidan Poile managed the development as Director of Real Estate at Plymouth.

 

Pat Williams Apartments is an 81 unit, new construction development in Seattle's South Lake Union neighborhood. Completed in 2013, the building serves formerly homeless residents who participate in Plymouth's Housing Recovery program.  The building, which received LEED for Homes Platinum certification, was financed with 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and loans from the Washington State Housing Trust Fund, King County, and the City of Seattle. Aidan project and construction managed the development while Director of Real Estate at Plymouth.
